Alicia Florence is the current prima undine at ARIA Company, the undine company where Akari Mizunashi works. Therefore, she fulfils the role of Akari's trainer, and often accompanies Akari during her training and on occasional trips to explore Aqua.
Alicia is a very talented undine, known as one of the 'three water faeries'. Both Akari and her friend Aika S. Granzchesta look up to Alicia and see her as a role model; especially Aika, whose attitude towards Alicia could be described as absolute reverence. Alicia also appears to be a big sister figure, if not to both girls then definitely to Akari. She has a laid-back and cheerful personality, which constantly drives her friend and fellow prima undine Akira E. Ferrari mad.
Alicia is also talented cook and has many other good qualities, but is humble and gracious. She has many fans, and is commonly held to be the best undine on Aqua. Akatsuki Izumo (a salamander from the nearby floating island) appears to be in love with her. Alicia's 'catchphrase' is 'my, my' which also drives Akira mad. She has a liking for alcohol, but appears to be able to hold her drink well. When she was a trainee undine like Akari, her trainer was Akino Ametsuchi (also known as Grandma), the founder of ARIA Company.
